dude justin i was totally at that seasons show, i was way too far left to be in the shot. and you know who i saw when i was back in BG over easter? mike brundage and amanda samson, both relaxin and maxin after a long week's work. i pointed her out to brundage and it was a fun reaction out of both. and your fna short was good, too. another shameless mini cooper shot?

o's won again, back on top of the division. that's now three series that they've won this year. lets hope that can stick it out after april.

only two weeks of school left - as i sit in my office working on a paper due then, so lets get through with it! the weekend will be great though with festivals everywhere for some reason, plus ray owing up on a bet he made back in february. maybe an excursion to the potomac waterfront? and lots and lots of eating, i'm sure of it.

i think i'm still high on the endorphins from yesterday's run, and completely looking forward to one tomorrow morning. the lilacs are out, springs smells sweet.

javy may not be nomar but javy is on a 15 game hit streak in first place of the AL east. i almost went to the game last night (and as it turned out, i should've because it was a good game) but instead relaxed on johns hopkins campus in baltimore. its been in the 70s and 80s all week so it was great to be outside and forget about school for a few hours. we've only a few weeks left of classes so its starting to be crunchtime...as i write this from my office at half-past midnight.

kathy ran the boston marathon on monday, and finished it in temps over 80 degrees...generally not when you want to run 26 miles but she did anyway. hopefully i'll run it someday too, although for guys my age that means running a 3:10 marathon sometime the previous year. i ran a little over five today and made a friend with a total stranger who was going the same way i was. peter, from hyattsville, was a nice guy.

mmm, then we had alethia tonight where the pastor jeff gave a super-message about galatians 5, what an awesome section of scripture. i took some chipotle to go and reminisced about eating a huge burrito there the day before hurricane isabel struck, we were all staying out late because of the impending storm (and school was canceled the next day, we later learned). anyway, thats about the first time i've reminisced about an experience in maryland - which means i'm well on my way here i guess. i miss ohio tons still, and will be back quite a few times this summer.

my homework is finally finished printing - 23 pages of unsteady aerodynamics, which is kinda interesting, though not at 12:30 on a wednesday night!

hey, i'm sick too. that makes three of us :( sitting at a rest stop on I-95, wondering what people will think if you suddenly puke all over. would they run away? or ask to help? luckily i didn't have to find out because it had taken care of itself about 9 hours earlier. but i still felt crappy all the same.

justin, you're wise to make the best of BG while you're there and taking your job, movies, and music to the limit, unfortunately BG is the limiting factor (except for the youth of course. they're rad and always will be with sure-fire leader in front of them). no need to rip BG. i was merely offering a perspective, a perspective that's changed since i moved away last august.

orioles in first place with boston, what what? how long's that gonna last? javy lopez, my new favorite player, finally saw his batting average dip below .500 yesterday. but the 10-game hit streak still continues.

guess who just emailed me? pete marsh. he goes to notre dame, his senior year shockingly (and sadly) finds out he has cancer, gets treatment for cancer _while graduating on time_, then goes to grad school at ohio state and is succeeding there. now thats incredible and encouraging to me. what a guy.

off to mow the lawn, 80s and sunny summer is here!
