26 miles running this week (in 6 days), that's better than any week since january. nice job, legs! way to suck, back!

hey marr, i'm actually going to a chiropractor as soon as i get back from cali. we may be in your neck of the woods sometime next week, i'm not sure what the itinerary is. i'll look for your email address because i think its around here somewhere. and i'm working on the cover art for the pinewood cd. it'll be done soon, i promise.

somehow i forgot that harry potter came out today (i've had a countdown for a while) so that's the end of this, i'm going home to steal the book from my mother and read it from cover to cover all night in one piece.

i have a jacked up pelvis.

that's why my legs hurt when i run and when i drive a car! seriously, my lumbar region is a bit twisted, which effectively makes my legs different lengths, so my calves/shins try to compensate and BOOM you have an injury. at the solution is orthotics in my shoes, to make my legs equal lengths. and the secretaries at the sports doctor's office were way into me, which is weird, because they were all between 40-50 years old. they called me, to my face, 'cute, polite, and intelligent.' i should have asked them if they have any daughters.

and to top things off, i somehow got lost at work and couldn't find my moving crew, and i couldn't get a hold of anyone at the office, and so i was up in toledo, and i just...left. because what else could i do? its really a longer story, which isn't really my fault. today has been a trying day. i have a huge rant about working a job i'm way overqualified for but maybe i'll write that later or talk about it in person. i just don't want to work a job where 35-year-old married guys (with kids) whistle at 16-year-old girls riding their bikes. c'mon.

tomorrow though: mud hens game. i'm so excited, hopefully justin can make it up there with us. and hopefully it will be 70 degrees and sunny. i could use one of those days.
